We are committed to keeping Black Mountain Preserve a pristine wildlife and forest area. We ask that while you exploring and enjoying this area you preserve and help protect the plants and animals that reside here.

VEHICLES

In order to protect wildlife, we do not allow the use of motorcycles and ATVs on the property. The use of private vehicles on the roads is limited.

FIRE PREVENTION

As Black Mountain Preserve is in an area of extreme fire risk, certain precautions are observed year-round. We do not allow campfires other than use of the fire-pit in the center of the property. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property. Please do not use incense or candles in any of the rooms.

PETS

As we are in an area rich with wildlife and we are committed to protecting the animals already living here, we regret that we are unable to host pets, unless they are service animals. Please note that it is also not possible to bring an animal that is left in your vehicle all day.
