Making a reservation
1) Download and read the Terms & Policies, then read and complete Rental Agreement Part 1 and send to the booking manager at Black Mountain Preserve after discussing your requirements with BMP staff.
A reservation deposit and security deposit of $300 (fully refundable) will be required to confirm your reservation. A Certificate of Liability Insurance will be required within one month of confirming the reservation.
2) BMP will then confirm your reservation upon receipt of the Rental Agreement Part 1 and successful processing of your deposit payments. We will countersign the Agreement and return a copy to you for your records.
3) Complete and return Rental Agreement Part II returned to BMP 14 days before your event. The agreement includes the final estimate of group numbers, and details of any individuals’ medical conditions or dietary restrictions.
